Rowan Tree Hostel is a fully restored former Gentleman’s Club, the ‘Clare County Club’, built in 1740 to accommodate the lords and gentry of the time. The hostel is in a fantastic location, overlooking the River Fergus in the centre of Ennis, just a 2 minute walk the from the lively pubs and traditional Irish music for which Ennis is famous. Only 20 minutes from Shannon Airport, it is the perfect base from which to discover County Clare, The Burren and the Cliffs of Moher.
