Look, Draw, Print, Stitch Weekend

January 26th – 27th

Includes materials

Create several drawings, which you will make into printing blocks. Print onto paper and fabric to create layered and stitched surfaces.

Be inspired by the local dry stone walls, incredible geology and lighthouse. We will go out to take photos/draw or stay inside and draw from the wonderful views and artefacts in and around Kim’s colourful home.

Kim Thittichai – Includes materials working with Lutradur and heat guns we will paint and distress with heat tools to create a beautiful light shade.

 

Make a Hen

Krystyna Pomeroy – Includes materials

In the process of making your very own “handbag hen” you will be learning the basic techniques of papier mache

 

Simple Prints

March 28th

Kim Thittichai – Includes materials

Play with mono printing and printing blocks to create lovely fabrics to stitch – or not.
