Take time to tune in to your body, your breath, your self with yoga. Find comfort and ease in the body through movement and developing awareness. Let go of unnecessary tensions, allowing well-being to arise naturally, and bring this into your everyday life.
Suitable for beginners and people with experience of yoga. Susie is fully qualified to teach in the Satyananda tradition of yoga (recognised by the Yoga Federation of Ireland and the British Wheel of Yoga).
- Wear loose comfortable clothing in layers. Shoes are not worn;
- Bring a blanket with you for keeping cosy during the relaxation. Mats are provided;
- Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach;
- If you have any health problems it is advisable to check with your doctor whether s/he considers yoga to be appropriate for you.
