This art project came about due to a new Encountering the Arts Ireland and Clare Education Initiative called ‘Artist /Teacher Partnerships’’ in which artist David O Rourke and teacher Ciara Ni Chuílinn participated. David is a graduate of NCAD, Dublin and has exhibited nationally and internationally. He has been involved in arts and education for the last ten years. An exhibition of his work ‘’Ireland Character and Culture’’ is concurrently on show in Cafe on the Green, Lifford.
