At all times , where possible, the finest and freshest ingredients are sourced locally. Beef and lamb is produced on the family farm in Kilkee, shellfish is supplied by local fishermen and all our poultry is certified free range. All goats cheese is from St. Tola, Inagh and salad leaves are grown and
harvested in nearby Bellharbour. Speciality breads are all prepared and baked in house.
Chefs at the Wildflower Restaurant are passionate about their craft and believe that food should be
sophisticated yet uncomplicated.
