Dining is one of the highlights of a stay at Gregans Castle Hotel. Chef Mickael Viljanen’s award winning and creative cuisine makes this one of the top gourmet destinations in Ireland. Non residents are welcome for lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
The Dining Room is open for dinner as follows: February, March & November Weekends and some selected weekdays (varies, please enquire): from 6.00pm to 8.30pm (9.00pm on Saturdays). April to October Monday to Saturday from 6.00pm to 8.30pm (9.00pm on Saturdays). On Sundays (excluding bank holiday weekends) we serve a more casual dinner until 7.00pm. On Bank Holiday Weekend Sundays the Dining Room is open for dinner from 6.00pm to 9.00pm with the usual full dinner menu available. Our ever expanding and extensive wine list features wines from every continent and includes a large selection of organic and bio-dynamic wines.
