Darby’s Bar and Restaurant is adjacent to the golf shop, overlooking the first tee. It is an ideal place for a quick meal during the day, for pints in the afternoon, a leisurely dinner, and of course the famous Doonbeg craic. Breakfast consists of the traditional Irish breakfast, gourmet egg sandwiches, and individual menu items. Lunches are traditional favourites such as sandwiches, chowders, burgers, and fish and chips. In the evenings, there are simple meals of roasted meats, pastas, and fish along with some nightly special offerings from the chef.
