This course will teach you the art of quick and effective entertaining, with a wow
factor! Each night you will learn how to make a starter, main course and
dessert, with tastings along the way.
The recipes you will learn are impressive but are
also quite simple to master and quick to prepare, leaving you with time to
spend with your guests, rather than slaving over the cooker!
Some of the recipes include: Rump Of Lamb with
Fricassee Of Chorizo, Garlic, Oregano and Butterbeans, Organic Salmon Filo
Parcel with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Olives, Basil and Cashew Nuts , Roasted Duck
Breast Salad with Caramelised Apples, Raspberry Vinegar and Dried Cranberry
Dressing, Poached Chicken with Chickpea and Red Pepper Coulis, Spicy Chocolate
