The Doonbeg Seafood Festival will take place from July 21st to July 22nd 2012. Throughout the weekend the festival will feature cooking demonstrations from both local and international chefs. Four chefs will offer their talents on Saturday and four on Sunday.
The Doonbeg SeaFood Festival will feature cooking demonstrations from both local and international chefs. Celebrity chef Clodagh McKenna, Ben Pollinger from Oceana Restaurant in New York and Doug Blair, executive chef of the Kiawah Island Club in South Carolina. Japanese chef, Hisashi Kumagai will also attend, and local chef Adrian Medvec of Morrissey's restaurant and Gabriel Schummp of Tubridy's Restaurant, both of Doonbeg village will delight the audience with their culinary skills.
The weekend will be packed with angling demonstrations, a fish market, boat trips, curragh racing, a vintage rally and much more.
The festival is organised by the people of Doonbeg.
