Burren Slow Food Festival

Burren Slow Food Festival 9th Consecutive year running showcasing the very best of Burren local artisan producers, members of the Burren Food Trail, Burren Geopark in a Farmers Market, through talks and Cookery demonstrations by local and national Celebrity Chefs. The Festival have been supported by Darina Allen, Ross Lewis, Clodagh McKenna, Sally & John McKenna, Suzanne Campbell, Philip Boucher-Hayes, Donal Skeehan, Richard Corrigann, Aidan McGrath, John Sheedy. The Festival want to inspire, educate and give enjoyable local food experiences. The theme of 2015 is Burren Lamb but will also showcase local Seafood, Seaweed, seasonal Vegetable, Chocolate, Preserves, Foraged Foods.
Burren Slow Food Festival will take place at the Pavillion Community Hall, Lisdoonvarna, Co Clare.
