One of the many highlights of the International Hurling/Shinty festival will be a concert bringing together the cream of Scottish and Clare artists. Featuring "Slán J" (Traditional/Scottish/Gaelic/Folk Band), Thrillogy (with singer Kate Purcell, fiddle players Denise Glass and Yuki Nishioka), Chris Droney, (legendary concertina player and current Clareman of the Year), Stephanie Keane, (Irish sean-nós dancer), The Coughlans, (brother and sister harpist duo), and many youth traditional groups from both County Clare and Inverness. The Shinty Iomain Festival concert will take place in Glór Theatre, Ennis, Friday October 26th commencing at 8pm. Delivering a night of fantastic entertainment for all the family.
