Inis Artists are delighted to announce their Art Exhibition entitled “Colour Splash” at The Clare Museum, Ennis.
The show will run from Monday 25th November to Friday 20th December,2013.
There will be up to thirty paintings on display by the group in a
variety of mediums including oils, acrylics, watercolours, and pen and
inks. The Exhibition comprises of Seascapes, floral works, landscapes
and animal portraiture with an eyecatching piece entitled “A Cheeky
Chap” by Colette Dinan.
Some well places of interest in West Clare have been captured on canvas
and include “Loop Head Lighthouse”, “Cliffs of Moher” and
“Mullaghmore” the latter by Dick Burke to name a few. The magnificent
Atlantic ocean also features with a dramatic turbulent sea near
Liscannor in acrylic medium by Tomas O’Maoldomhnaigh. Captivating
scenes from rural life include titles such as “Turf Bank, “Callaghan’s
house” and “Road through the Bog”.
The Exhibition is well worth a visit with all work reasonably priced, something to suit all tastes and pockets.
