The Killaloe Farmers Market is one of County Clares finest and most vibrant Farmers Markets. The Killaloe Market started in 2004 as part of Killaloes Brian Boru Festival and has grown into one of the areas most famous weekly attractions. Opening Times:11.00am to 3pm, Every Sunday Rain or Shine. Location between the Waters just on the slipway of the Killaloe Ballina Bridge. Parking is available on the slipway and nearby.

Join the Clare Farm Heritage Tours Co-op on a tour of thier working farm and discover the tradition of farming in the Burren which dates back over 6000 years. Some areas of the Burren remain unchanged since the earliest activities of the first farmers, and these areas are regarded as important prehistoric landscapes that have survived the changes in the landscape throughout the millennia.

The Roadside Tavern is a legendary venue for Irish music. Music has been played at the Roadside for well over a hundred years. One well-known North Clare player Mickaleen Conlon played here for all of 57 years.
