Carrigaholt, a destination point on the Wild Atlantic Way is one of those traditional fishing villages and it couldn’t be more perfect as a setting for the celebration of Seafood on The Loop Head Peninsula. Every September the village celebrates its long history with the sea with Seafood in September. The festival began as a gathering of local people at the end of a busy summer season but has grown into something that attracts tourist’s interested in yummy seafood in a friendly atmosphere

This is the LGBT music festival to be at as we take over the historic village of Lisdoonvarna, its hotels, its bars, and its venues for the whole weekend, from the 3rd – 6th October.

The Annual Clare Harvest Banquet will take place on 3rd October at 7.30pm in the Old Ground Hotel, Ennis.A five course meal at the Old Ground Hotel using only ingredients from County Clare. All courses have a vegetarian option. Followed by a live band to dance the meal off, this event promotes buying local, and the richness of food available in Clare.
