In 1969 and 1970, Séamus Mac Mathúna recorded the legendary West Clare fiddle player, Bobby Casey, in London. A CD of many of these recordings has been produced by the Cois na hAbhna Archive and will be launched at Fleadh Nua, when many musicians, including friends who played with Bobby, will perform and pay tribute to one of Clare's greatest musicians.

The Association of Irish Floral Artists brings the 'National Flower Festival' - "In Praise and Thanksgiving" to the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul and the St. Columba's Church of Ireland, Ennis on the 19th to 21st June 2015. Festival admission is 10euro.

INIS Fest is the new music festival in the South West which will feature popular Irish and International acts. The three-day festival will see The Ennis Showgrounds in Ennis Co. Clare being transformed into a world-class venue with a 3000-person capacity big top tent and an entertainment and leisure area and food/drink stalls. INIS Fest also includes a free family music event on Sunday afternoon in addition to the ticketed evening events of Friday and Saturday.

The Ennis Street Festival represents the Art and Culture of Ennis and Co. Clare, and offers our whole community and visitors a family-friendly safe opportunity to enjoy something different during the first week of July in Ennis Town.
