Clare County Arts Office are delighted to present ‘’ No Ordinary People’’ by Rachel Macmanus at the Scariff Library an exhibition of portraits of the residents of Ennis Nursing Home. Rachel MacManus is an artist living and working in Ennis. She has a BA in visual Communications from NCAD, and is currently enrolled on a Masters in Fine Art.
