Pat O’Sullivan, Managing Director of Masterchef’s Hospitality and the Café Noir team are delighted to announce the opening of their new café in Glor, Ennis. This new addition to the growing Café Noir chain is the fourth location for the brand.

Café Noir, in its chic French style, offers a variety of the finest coffees and beverages, as well as a mouth-watering menu of fresh sandwiches, soups, salads, breads and desserts all made fresh daily in the Café Noir kitchens. Outside catering is also available at request for any occasion; with large events for more the 200 people being handled by sister catering company Masterchefs Hospitality.

Guests gathered at the café to enjoy the launch and some tasty treats. Some of the people in attendance included Rita McInerney from Ennis Chamber of Commerce, Tom Coughlan, County Manager and Senator Pat Daly. Local businesses also joined the midday celebrations and there was great excitement about the delicious pastries and brownies, which are a favourite in Café Noir and all protected with secret recipes. In fact there has been such an overwhelming reaction to the Café Noir treats that they have plans to sell own branded Café Noir treats outside the café chain.

“We wanted to create a gathering place that’s welcoming, cozy, and sophisticated,” said Pat O’Sullivan, “and that’s all in the details. From the French style decor, to the beautifully art collections on the walls, we’ve designed Café Noir to be a place where everyone can feel comfortable. We are excited to be opening Café Noir in Ennis and want people to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the food. We are delighted to also be directly creating four jobs within the area and hopefully creating more as time goes on.

Café Noir is located in Glor on Causeway Link, Ennis. Ample off-street parking allows quick and convenient morning coffee pick-ups, or for staying and enjoying the atmosphere. The Café will be open Mondays – Saturdays 10am to 4pm and closed on Sundays.
