The Bunratty Cookery School offers a wide variety of courses designed to cater for every level. All the courses are delivered by professional chef and owner Donnagh Gregson. Class sizes are kept to a maximum of ten, therefore ensuring each student enjoys unrivaled equipment levels and personal tuition in a truly inspiring learning environment, which matches our approach to all aspects of cuisine.

Where possible we use produce from our own raised vegetable beds and walled herb garden.

Chef proprietor Donnagh Gregson has an impressive background, working as part of the very highest echelon of professional cuisine in Europe. A wealth of experience has been gathered at AA Rosette and Michelin Star restaurants over a glittering career as a Chef, this is coupled with a vast knowledge of training that is an essential ingredient for lifelong learning of skills that will enrich your culinary repertoire forever.

Cooking classes include:  Italian, Dinner Parties, Cooking with a Barbeque, Fish & Seafood, Baking and many more.
