The County Clare Farm Heritage Tours Co-op is a co-operative of farmers who continue a tradition of farming in the Burren which dates back over 6000 years. Some areas of the Burren remain unchanged since the earliest activities of the first farmers, and these areas are regarded as important prehistoric landscapes that have survived the changes in the landscape throughout the millennia.
