Crovraghan Heights house has a Four Star Board Failte approved classification. It is built on a half acre site one mile from the village of Kildysart. It consists of five bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms with kingsize beds.  All rooms have TV and DVD players. The house can sleeps a maximum of 8 adults.

Standard of finish throughout the house is very high.  There is a non smoking policy in the house.

Kildysart is a quiet picturesque village situated on the banks of the Shannon Estuary. It boasts many facilities including a bank, post office, pharmacist, garage, Marina, children's playground, five pubs, three mini markets, two of which have a deli service, breakfast dinner etc. Kildysart boasts excellent coarse fishing in the Shannon estuary and trout fishing in the local lake of Gortglass which is only 5 minutes from the village.
